Talitha has a BA in History of Art and a life-long love of drawing and painting.

Since returning to oil painting in 2017 at a local weekly life-painting class, she has gone on to study with the Royal Drawing School, taken part in plein air workshops and exhibited locally, including with the Ipswich Art Society, the Inspired by Benton End project and Heart of Suffolk '25.

Now working mostly in oils, she explores the interplay of shape, colour, shadow and reflection in her paintings from life, either en plein air or in her garden studio - often carefully choosing colours and objects and combining observation with personal expression to give her work more resonance.
